Aylmer represents banks, alternative lenders, other financial institutions, corporate borrowers and sponsors in a wide range of domestic and cross-border lending transactions including syndicated loan transactions, leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, asset-based lending, distressed financings and debt restructurings.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Aylmer worked as a Finance associate in Toronto at a top Canadian law firm.

  • A global financial institution, as Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent, on a $1.496 billion first lien financing for Snow Borrower & Project Leopard Holdings, consisting of a $1.346 billion term loan facility and a $150 million revolving credit facility to finance the acquisition of Kofax Parent Limited (Kofax).
  • A multinational financial institution, as Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent, on a $650 million incremental amendment to Sealed Air Corporation's existing term loan facility, to finance its acquisition of Liqui-Box.
  • Valvoline Inc., as borrower, to refinance its $475 million senior secured revolving credit facility in relation to the sale of its Global Products Business to Aramco.
  • A leading international Bank, as lead arranger and administrative agent, on a $1.2 billion unsecured investment grade revolving credit facility.
  • An international commercial bank, as lender and sole arranger, for a €100 million incremental amendment to a foreign government's existing €250 million unsecured term loan facility.
  • Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc., as borrower, in the novel restructuring of its existing debt facilities with NYDIG and B. Riley Financial.
