Adam advises on a broad range of regulatory matters in the financial sector, including banking and investment services, regulatory capital and liquidity, bank recovery and resolution, derivatives and securitisation regulation, protection of client assets, MiFID II, the regulatory implications of Brexit, M&A mandates and payments and fintech.
 Adam advises a wide range of clients on cross-border issues, from major financial institutions and global banks to payments and fintech companies. Adam is currently focusing on the implications of CRD VI for third-country credit institutions. During his training contract, Adam was seconded to the Paris office where he advised on capital markets and regulatory matters.

Adam is a regular adviser at Maternity Action where he advises pregnant women and new parents on employment rights during pregnancy, maternity pay and benefits, maternity leave and flexible working requests.

Adam is a mentor with GROW Mentoring.
