Adam advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional leveraged financings and other complex debt financing transactions at all levels of the capital structure. 

He has advised a number of top-tier private equity funds and financial sponsors including Bridgepoint, Brookfield Private Equity, Exponent, GS Asset Management, Hg Capital, H.I.G., PAI Partners, Partners Group and Stonepeak.

Representative matters

Brookfield Business Partners (Brookfield) on the approximately EUR 2.75bn loan and high yield financing package in connection with the acquisition of Modulaire Group, a leading provider of modular leasing services and infrastructure in Europe and Asia-Pacific. 

PAI Partners on its EUR 620m term loan B financing package in connection with the acquisition of Infra Group, a multi-disciplinary network infrastructure services provider. 

Carlyle and PAI Partners on the financing aspects of their acquisition of Theramex, the leading global specialty pharmaceuticals company focused on women’s health, from CVC Capital Partners. 

Bridgepoint on the unitranche financing of its acquisition of Qualitest, the software testing and quality assurance specialist.

Exponent on the financing of the BBI Group and acquisition of Diarect AG, a specialist in the development and production of recombinant and native antigens.
