Alex has experience advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other private companies on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, preferred equity investments and other general corporate matters.

Prior to qualification, Alex trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in private equity, leveraged finance and structured finance matters. Alex also spent six months on secondment to the firm’s Singapore office.
