Austin has extensive experience advising clients with respect to intellectual property and technology matters.

Such experience includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including license agreements, purchase agreements, credit agreements, security agreements, assignment agreements and other ancillary documents.  He also manages the trademark docket for the firm and its clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Austin was an associate at an intellectual property boutique handling intellectual property counseling matters, including patent and trademark litigation and prosecution for pharmaceutical and consumer good companies.

  • Management of the firm’s trademark docket.
