  • Heytex Bramsche GmbH on its divestiture of Heytex Corp., which specializes in high-quality, functionalized, technical textiles used in a variety of innovative products and processes, with operations in the US.
  • J.F. Lehman & Company in connection the consummation of a newly-created single-asset continuation fund in partnership with new money investors and the rollover of existing equityholders.
  • Teradyne, Inc. (NASDAQ: TER) in its sale to Technoprobe S.p.A.(FTSE Italy Mid Cap: TPRO)of its Device Interface Solutions Business.
  • Qoo10 Pte. Ltd. in acquisition of substantially all of the assets and liabilities of ContextLogic Inc. (Nasdaq: WISH).

Pro bono

  • Providing legal assistance to veterans seeking to upgrade the characterization of their discharge in partnership with VISA and the National Veterans Legal Service Program.
  • Through the Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project of the New York City Bar Association’s City Bar Justice Center, advising microentrepreneurs of limited economic means on general corporate organization and related business matters.
  • In connection with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, participate in the Texas Commubnity Building with Attorney Resources to counsel participates on matters including incorporation, , bylaws, contracts, waivers and releases, internal policies, board compliance, and other nonprofit legal needs.
