  • 3i and Action Group, the fastest-growing non-food discounter in Europe, on various debt financing transactions for Action including its debut debt raise in the US. One of his transactions was awarded Loan of the Year by IFLR for 2024.
  • 3i on the financing of its €145m investment in wet-wipe brand WaterWipes.
  • Apollo Global Management on the financing of their bid for Asda from Walmart and the financing of their bid for Morrisons. [Client consent received]
  • Exponent on the financing for its acquisition of Chanelle Pharma, Ireland’s largest manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals.
  • Exponent on the financing for its acquisition of the Flavour Specialty Ingredients division, a global leader in the base aromas market, from International Flavors & Fragrances.
  • Exponent on the disposal of the Enva Group, a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, to I Squared Capital.
  • Exponent on the standalone financings for Moonpig and Photobox following their demerger.
  • Exponent on the financing of the BBI Group and acquisition of Diarect AG, a specialist in the development and production of recombinant and native antigens.
  • Grup Mediapro, a leading group in the audiovisual sector, in relation to the refinancing of its existing syndicated debt facilities with a €500m long-term loan.
  • Parcom, Opportunity Partners and Carlyle on the financing for the acquisition of the Hunkemöller Group, one of the leading lingerie brands in Europe, from Carlyle who also reinvested for a minority stake.
  • Partners Group and CVC on the financing for their potential acquisition of Ceramtec.
