Julien is Managing Partner of France and acts for both lenders (financial institutions, debt funds) and borrowers on a wide spectrum of domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular expertise on corporate lending (acquisition finance and refinancing) and real estate finance.
He also regularly acts on behalf of creditors, debtors and new money providers on financial restructuring matters (including in the real estate sector).

An international pipeline services company in its non-judicial restructuring of approximately $150 million in secured debt, including through an equity investment and a new secured credit facility.
