Punarva previously worked in the firm’s London and Singapore offices with their asset finance and banking practice respectively. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with a leading law firm in India and was involved with structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution of financing deals including syndicate senior facilities, mezzanine facilities and private debt placements.
