Bobby focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters for public and private companies and private equity firms.
Bobby also helps clients with joint ventures, corporate governance, venture capital investments, spin-offs, tender offers and the day-to-day legal aspects of their businesses. Bobby has represented and advised national and international clients from industries such as technology, financial services, aviation, defense, energy, industrials, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer products, real estate and software.
