  • Texas Instruments in its acquisition of the Lehi, Utah semiconductor manufacturing facility from Micron Technology and the sale of its Greenock, Scotland semiconductor manufacturing facility to Diodes Incorporated.
  • J.F. Lehman & Co. in its acquisitions of Heritage-Crystal Clean, BEI Systems, Northstar Group Services, Lone Star Disposal and various others.
