Representative matters

  • Citi, Natixis and Santander on the £450 million acquisition facilities for CLH's acquisition of Inter Pipeline Europe.
  • Credit Suisse and the other lead arrangers on the £260 million senior facilities for the acquisition by Carlyle of the Enermech Group.
  • Bank of Ireland, BBVA, BNP Paribas and Mizuho on the €300m senior facilities for the acquisition by Ontario Teachers' of the Memora Group and subsequent bolt-on.
  • Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, HSBC and Credit Agricole CIB as mandated lead arrangers on their €4.4 billion acquisition financing for Euronext’s bid for the Italian Stock Exchange.
  • H2 Equity Partners, on the financing of its acquisition of Siderise Group Limited, a leading UK manufacturer of fire-safety and acoustic insulation products.
  • BAML on the $5 billion bridge facilities for Glaxosmithkline's takeover of Tesaro Inc.
  • HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited on the refinancing of its US$600m NAV based (evergreen) fund facility.
  • Hermes European Direct Lending Master Fund SCS on its first capital call facility.

  • Advising Big Issue Invest on its debt investment in Homes for Good, Scotland’s first social enterprise letting agency.
