A&O Shearman advises growth equity firm PSG and Sport Alliance on the financing and related structuring matters for its acquisition of PerfectGym, an international software provider to fitness and leisure businesses.
Sport Alliance is a provider of innovative cloud-based software solutions and services to gyms and fitness suites; the PerfectGym acquisition strengthens its team and international capabilities and further enhances its ability to bring digital innovation to fitness and leisure facilities globally.
Nick Hallam, partner, led the deal from the London office alongside Yasmin Joharchi and Susie Emmanuel, senior associates, and Sky Udondem, trainee. In Germany, the transaction was led by Dr Rauni Ahammer and Dr Roman Kasten, partner, alongside Georg Luetkenhaus and Georg Dalitz, associates.
