She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and international capital markets. She regularly advises multi-nationals, private equity firms, financial sponsors, and corporates on cross-border public and private M&A transactions and growth stage fundraising. Her practice also focusses on advising issuers and underwriters in debt and equity international capital markets transactions. Tina' s practice spans across sectors including, consumer and retail, manufacturing, fintech, education and insurance.
