A&O Shearman advises on the Argentine Central Bank's USD1 billion repo

A&O Shearman advised five banks in connection with the Argentine Central Bank’s repurchase transactions over BOPREAL Series 1-D securities for a total amount of USD1 billion.

The Argentine Central Bank intends to use the net proceeds for reserves management purposes.
