Christophe specialises in employment law. He advises financial institutions, funds/private equity players, multinationals and other corporate clients on the full range of individual and collective employment law topics including contractual documentation, workplace culture issues, sensitive separation cases and litigation.

He has significant experience in M&A projects (cross-border mergers, asset/share deals) and employee representation matters (European Works Council, social elections, etc.). He also has particular expertise in health and safety at work issues as well as in cross-practice matters including HR digitalisation and employee monitoring projects.

Christophe chairs the Legal Group of the British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) for Luxembourg and also sits on the BCC Council. He is also a member of ELSA (the Employment Law Specialists Association of Luxembourg). Christophe joined the firm in 2010.
