Daniel has over 10 years of experience in advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, company reorganisation and restructuring procedures as well as financial regulatory issues and public policy.
He has worked with clients from a wide range of industries including banking, technology, energy, and telecom.

Experience

Representative matters

  • CMC on the sale of its 100 MWe solar power plants located in Kaposvár, Hungary to the MVM group.
  • eMAG on the termination of a joint venture with the founders of Extreme Digital Zrt. and the sale of the Vatera online marketplace.
  • Amadys Group BV on the acquisition of the Hungarian telecom infrastructure provider RayNet Kft.

Pro bono

  • Daniel is leading the pro bono practice of the Budapest office.
  • Mentoring students through the special mentorship program with Romaversitas, a leading educational and advocacy organization to help young people from the Hungarian Roma community.
  • Advising a global human rights organization relating to protection of children’s rights.
