Dominic has with experience in a wide range of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, public takeover bids (both hostile and recommended), private equity, privatisations, joint ventures and complex commercial agreements.

He regularly advises listed clients on their listing rules obligations and has a wide range of experience advising on corporate governance and risk management issues affecting multinational corporations. Dominic was the Head of the London M&A practice from 2016 to 2024 and an investment banker at Rothschild, London from 2001 to 2004.
