Eva advises on complex national and cross-border, private as well as public M&A transactions and on all matters regarding corporate law and capital markets law. 

She mainly works with listed stock corporations and private capital investors.

Prior to joining the firm as a lawyer, Eva worked for the firm in Düsseldorf and London as a trainee and research fellow and as trainee for another renowned international law firm in Düsseldorf.

Representative matters

  • Autodoc AG on its planned bn Euro IPO on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and its change of legal form into a European stock corporation (Societas Europaea, SE) on the corporate law aspects.
  • Scout24 as target of the planned EUR 5.7bn public offer by Hellman&Friedmann/Blackstone as well as the successful completion of a public EUR 800m buyback offer (including listed tender rights) and the conversion into Societas Europaea. 
  • Corestate Capital Holding S.A., an investment manager and co investor with assets under management in the order of EUR 13.2bn in its core business, on its complex, multi-jurisdictional, successful restructuring. 
  • Berkshire Hathaway and Mr. Warren Buffett in relation to capital market law aspects in connection with M&A. 
  • Uniper SE on the EUR 33bn stabilisation package, which was agreed between Uniper, the German Federal Government and the major former Uniper shareholder Fortum Oyj.
