Gregory advises UK and international clients on a broad range of financial services regulatory, compliance and governance issues, including MiFID II, recovery and resolution planning, ring-fencing for banks, capital requirements, and the regulatory aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings.
Gregory’s clients include banks, asset managers, private equity funds and other financial institutions.
