Ilya Mamin is an associate in the Capital Markets practice.

Ilya represents both underwriters and issuers in U.S. and international equity offerings (including initial public offerings), high yield debt and investment-grade debt offerings as well as liability management transactions. He has represented most of the major financial institutions, including Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, among others. He also advises companies on their public disclosures, SEC and NYSE/Nasdaq compliance matters, and corporate governance matters. Ilya has also advised on capital markets and finance matters for M&A transactions.
