She advises on various aspects of employment and litigation matters, such as employment contracts and policies, termination and collective bargaining, discrimination and harassment, dispute resolution and negotiation.

Laure has studied both civil and common law in top universities in France and Australia, gaining a comprehensive and comparative understanding of diverse legal systems and cultures. She is qualified as a lawyer in both Paris and Luxembourg, enabling her to advise in multiple jurisdictions and under different legal frameworks.
