  • OLX Global, a global network of trading platforms, on IP aspects of the acquisition of Obido, owner of the leading real estate platform connecting housing developers and clients in Poland.
  • Dover Corporation (Fortune 500-ranked company), an American conglomerate manufacturer of industrial products, on IP aspects of the acquisition of Solaris Laser, a world-leading manufacturer of industrial Fiber and CO2 laser coding, marking and engraving systems.
  • The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings, a Canadian cannabis research and development company, on IP aspects of the acquisition of HemPoland, a Polish manufacturer and marketer of organic CBD oils and extracts.
  • Asmodee Group, publisher of board, card and role-playing games and a member of Eurazeo group, on IP aspects of the acquisition of Rebel Polska, a board game distributor and publisher.
