Nathaël specialises in employment law.

He advises financial institutions, funds/private equity players, insurance companies, multinationals, and other corporate clients on the extensive range of employment law topics, including contractual structuring, performance management strategies, harassment, discrimination, workplace culture issues, sensitive separation cases, and litigation involving harassment, gender, or racial discrimination. He also has particular expertise in business immigration and business license matters and regularly delivers training on performance management and workplace culture topics. 
 
Nathaël holds a Master 1 in Droit Social and a Master 2 Professionnel in Droit de la Protection Sociale d'Entreprise, both obtained at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. 
 
He was admitted as an Avocat in Luxembourg in 2012 and as an Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg in 2015. Nathaël joined A&O Shearman (legacy Allen & Overy) in 2014. 
 
Nathaël is fluent in Luxembourgish, English, French, and German, and proficient in Portuguese and Spanish.
