A&O Shearman advises on International Workplace Group plc financing transactions

A&O Shearman has advised the lenders and joint lead managers on a series of financing transactions by International Workplace Group plc.

This was the inaugural investment grade bond issued by International Workplace Group plc, an international provider of hybrid workplaces.
