He advises sponsors, commercial lenders, export credit agencies and development finance institutions on a wide range of transactions in the infrastructure sector. Amine also has significant experience in acquisition finance in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Amine was seconded for two years to the Casablanca office where he advised local and international borrowers, sponsors and lenders on local and international transactions.

Amine is also recognized for his OHADA expertise.
