Promethean, Inc. in the $750 million merger transaction by which Gravitas Education Holdings, Inc. acquired Elmtree Inc. from Best Assistant Education Online Limited, a subsidiary of NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited, to form Mynd.ai, Inc.

Vice Media in its Chapter 11 filing and $225 million sale to consortium of lenders, including Fortress Investment Group and Soro Fund Management.
