A&O Shearman advises CVC on financing for extending its partnership with Multiversity

The financing consisted of EUR1.1 billion of new senior secured notes, EUR765 million of existing senior secured notes and EUR194.5m of RCF

Multiversity has demonstrated impressive performance since CVC Fund VII’s initial investment in 2019.
