A&O Shearman guides Strikwerda Investments and Your.World on EUR800 million strategic investment from Ares Management and Carlyle

A&O Shearman advised Strikwerda Investments and leading European online solutions provider Your.World on the EUR800 million long-term partnership capital in the form of preferred equity investment from Ares Management Credit funds (“Ares”) and Carlyle.
